CI / Coding standards (push) Failing after 58s
Bumps PHP-CS-Fixer to a current 3.x range and uses PrestaShop PHP dev tools v5 so the coding standards job can run on PHP 8.5. Removes the stale lock file so CI resolves compatible dependencies.
